We don’t do fancy marketing talk. Our philosophy is “grow in good company,” and you feel it every day, whether you’re standing at the coffee machine in the office or working from home in your slippers.

Total Control Over Your Schedule

Some people wake up easily in the morning, ready to take on the day. But maybe you need a little more time after a heavy night. Or after a binge-watching session (we get it, it was suspenseful). Or you’re already the manager of The Morning Rush™ and need to make sure your kids are dressed, fed, and sent off to school.

Everyone has their own rhythm, responsibilities, and personal commitments. That’s why we know no one can better schedule your day than you. Here, you’re in charge of how, when, and where you work. That’s true “work-life balance.”

Philippe, full-time senior accountant and part-time lover of flexibility, says it like this: “Here, I can organize my work however I want. If the kids are sick, that’s fine, I’ll move my tasks to a better time. And if I get stuck? My colleagues are always ready to help with advice, a coffee, and a listening ear.”

It’s not just a little help, you’re truly supported. For more experienced colleagues, we have a mentoring program focused on personal development and moving to the next career stage. This program pairs employees with a mentor, a partner from another team, to work on their professional and personal goals.

Geraldine Simoens, corporate tax & corporate finance consultant, says: “The mentoring program helped me a lot to reach my personal and professional goals. And we also had a lot of fun!”

And it doesn’t stop there! We also offer numerous training sessions (90 hours per year), development conversations, and access to the latest technologies. Boxes only exist in spreadsheets. Whatever direction you choose, we’re here to encourage you. Karel Van Hootegem, personal tax manager, shares: “I was able to define my own career path, like my transition from dossier manager to personal tax manager. Thanks to targeted coaching, it went smoothly.”

We work with numbers, but no one here is a number. Every employee has a say. And it’s not just words, there are real actions. Think about the layout of the office in Drogenbos, the installation of flexible workstations, and even a new type of ambulant insurance. All ideas, big and small, come from the employees themselves.

Our employee policy takes the crown. With us, you can grow, but in a healthy way, surrounded by a close, inspiring group of colleagues and with plenty of freedom and flexibility to do your own thing. Together, we grow in good company and move forward every day. So, are you ready to be at the helm of your own growth plan? Then jump on board.

At PKF BOFIDI, you have the freedom to shape your career the way you want it, with flexible working hours, comprehensive support, and numerous growth opportunities.

Career Switch? No Problem!

Whether you’re a junior or have years of experience, sometimes you want to change direction. Whether that’s horizontally, into a different team or expertise, or vertically, moving into a leadership role. We have offices in Ghent, Antwerp, Leuven, Hasselt, and Drogenbos. All our teams work closely together, so a position switch might even mean changing locations.

Every Voice Counts

In ten years, we’ve grown from 80 to over 350 colleagues. A large team, but the atmosphere remains warm, friendly, and personal. Plus, everyone, whether green or seasoned, has a voice. That’s why, a few years ago, we created the IMAGINE working group, a platform for employees to help shape the future of PKF BOFIDI.

Customer is King? Not Here.

But the customer is king, right? Sorry, not here. That doesn’t mean we don’t treat our clients with respect, but we always prioritize our employees. “Employees first, customers second” is how we do it here. This means we do everything for our clients, but never at the expense of our employees. Nobody is pushed over his/her/their personal edge to please a customer. Here, as an employee, you really do come first.

Growing in good company
