Si un travailleur retombe malade apr\u00e8s une reprise du travail dans cette p\u00e9riode, aucun nouveau salaire garanti n\u2019est en principe d\u00fb, sauf s\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019une autre maladie ou d\u2019un autre accident.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reprise partielle du travail ? Neutralisation compl\u00e8te<\/strong><br \/>\nEn cas de reprise partielle autoris\u00e9e, le salaire garanti sera d\u00e9sormais <strong>totalement neutralis\u00e9,<\/strong> et non plus seulement durant les 20 premi\u00e8res semaines.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Force majeure m\u00e9dicale : plus rapidement possible<\/strong><br \/>\nLe d\u00e9lai pour entamer la proc\u00e9dure de force majeure m\u00e9dicale passe de <strong>9 \u00e0 6 mois<\/strong> d\u2019incapacit\u00e9 de travail ininterrompue.<br \/>\nUne reprise du travail n\u2019interrompt ce d\u00e9lai que si elle est effectivement maintenue.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Et bien s\u00fbr\u2026 le r\u00e8glement de travail<\/strong><br \/>\nUne obligation d\u2019int\u00e9grer une politique active d\u2019absence est introduite :<br \/>\ncomment l\u2019employeur maintient il le contact avec les travailleurs en incapacit\u00e9 de travail ?<br \/>\nLe l\u00e9gislateur fixe le cadre, mais l\u2019employeur doit le concr\u00e9tiser dans son r\u00e8glement de travail.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><br \/>\nPlus d\u2019activation, plus de suivi, plus de r\u00e8gles et donc <strong>plus de raisons de remettre \u00e0 jour le r\u00e8glement de travail. <\/strong>Ceux qui pensaient que la version de l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re \u201ctiendrait encore un moment\u201d peuvent progressivement abandonner cette id\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Nos experts PKF BOFIDI Legal sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 vous aider<\/h2>\n<p>Vous avez des questions \u00e0 ce sujet ?
