PKF BOFIDI Legal is taking an important step in the further expansion of its legal services. As of 1 July 2026, the Ghent-based law firm Lexcom will join PKF BOFIDI Legal. Thanks to this integration, our legal team will grow from 25 to 34 experts, making us one of the larger independent law firms in Belgium.
Over the years, Lexcom has built a strong reputation in corporate law and dispute resolution. The firm supports entrepreneurs with matters including commercial contracts, shareholders’ agreements, mergers and acquisitions, disputes, insolvency and real estate development.
By combining this expertise with PKF BOFIDI Legal’s multidisciplinary approach, we can support entrepreneurs even better, both with day-to-day legal questions and with complex matters.
This integration is more than an expansion of our team. From the very first conversations, there was a clear cultural fit between both organisations. We share the same vision on quality, entrepreneurship, innovation and long-term client relationships.
“For us, it was important to find a partner that shares the same vision on quality, entrepreneurship and long-term client relationships,” says Alain Hinderyckx, Founding Partner at Lexcom. “By fully integrating into PKF BOFIDI Legal, we can continue to support our clients in the way they are used to, while at the same time becoming part of a larger organisation with additional expertise and opportunities.”
Thanks to this integration, clients can count on an even broader range of specialised legal services. The expansion strengthens our expertise in areas including:
Together with our expertise in accountancy, audit, tax, payroll & HR, consulting and corporate finance, we continue to support entrepreneurs through one integrated approach.
“For us, this integration is not an end point, but the beginning of a broader story,” says Christophe Piette, Partner at PKF BOFIDI Legal. “By joining forces, we can continue to invest in specialised expertise, innovation and digital technologies. In this way, we strengthen our position within the Belgian legal profession and can support our clients even better.”
Tim Fransen, Partner at PKF BOFIDI Legal, also sees clear benefits for clients: “Thanks to this expansion, we are broadening our offering in corporate law and can also handle more complex litigation matters fully in-house. The new colleagues bring a great deal of experience and are a strong addition to our existing team.”
As of 1 July 2026, the former Lexcom colleagues will work alongside the existing team from our office in Ghent. We are very pleased to welcome them and look forward to continuing to build future-oriented legal services for ambitious entrepreneurs together.
