This personal data is processed by client and file management, communication, the provision of the requested services (e.g. tax return), the invoicing of services, the management of accounts, with the legal basis being the execution of an agreement and compliance with legal obligations (including anti-money laundering and accounting obligations) by PKF BOFIDI. Personal data is also processed for debtor management purposes, based on the legitimate interest of PKF BOFIDI in ensuring timely payment of its invoices.

This personal data is processed to answer your question and handle your request. The legal basis for the processing of communication data is the execution of a service which you have requested.

In accordance with mandatory laws and regulations or pursuant to a court order, PKF BOFIDI may be obliged to share your personal data with government agencies, tax and customs authorities, financial investigation, judicial and police services.

Application data is retained for the duration of the application process and may be kept for up to 5 years for the purpose of defending against anti-discrimination claims.
Invoicing data and tax documents may be kept for up to 10 years after the taxable period to which they relate.

The personal data is stored and preserved in a secure environment which is protected by a combination of technical and organisational measures, such as encryption techniques and authentication systems to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, destruction, theft or unauthorised access.
Thus, inter alia, the following measures have been taken: user and access management, alarm system and camera security, security of server and software tools via login and password, two-factor authentication, up-to-date malware, firewall, antivirus, internal procedures for information security incidents.
