At PKF BOFIDI, we love to move forward. Growing together is not an empty phrase for us – we really do it. And that’s why we started the project “Reorganize, grow together” in March 2025. With support from Europe WSE, for which we gladly participated in the call ‘Reorganize’.

We are fully investing in how we collaborate, how we organize ourselves, and how we ensure that everyone can continue to do their job with enthusiasm.
Well, very concretely: over the next year and a half, we will build an organization that continues to grow – but in a way that remains workable for everyone. No major upheavals, but targeted steps that can make a difference.
We focus on:
More autonomy and motivation for colleagues
Better collaboration between teams and business lines (no more islands)
A strong learning culture where we keep learning, becoming smarter together
Clear work processes and multidisciplinary teams that really work
A good balance between efficiency and involvement (no robot stuff)
So we don’t necessarily want to reinvent everything, but rather adjust where necessary – in a way that fits who we are. This makes the work not only smarter but also more pleasant and sustainable.
Because we believe that strong internal structures lead to even better service for our customers. And because a warm, innovative workplace – one that energizes you – is the best foundation to grow as a team and company.
At PKF BOFIDI, we don’t just want to be a well-organized office. We want to be a place where people enjoy working, where they feel challenged and supported. Where there is room for initiative and smooth collaboration.
This is in our DNA
You may already feel it: this project seamlessly aligns with what we stand for as an organization. Our core values – such as collaboration, entrepreneurship, work pleasure, customer orientation, and growth – form the foundation of this trajectory. This is not an extra. This is who we are.
