Together forward: How PKF BOFIDI embeds sustainability in every aspect of its operations

And there is more to be proud of: we have recently officially become a B Corp certified organization. A certification that not only looks at how well we do our work but also at how we treat our people, how we help the community, and how we deal with the environment.

B Corp: more than a label, a commitment

The B Corp certification is awarded worldwide by the independent organization B Lab and recognizes companies that not only excel in their field but also create value for all their stakeholders. Companies are assessed on five domains: governance, employees, community, environment, and customers.

At PKF BOFIDI, we achieved a great score of 83.6 on the assessment, a score significantly above the global average of 50.9. This result shows in black and white that we really do what we promise and make a positive impact.

Among other things, we worked on:

• Good governance, with statutes that explicitly refer to our social impact.
• Care for employees, including an extra health insurance and attention to well-being and work-life balance.
• Environmental initiatives, such as recycling laptops and investing in a future-oriented, electric fleet.

Sustainability is in our core

Sustainable business is in the DNA of PKF BOFIDI. Our ESG approach is not a loose collection of actions but an integrated strategy that permeates every level of our organization.

We also guide customers in their own sustainability story, with tailored advice and transparent reporting on their impact. We do this through our specialized ESG services, which look beyond compliance and create real value.

Electric on the road to tomorrow

Today we give the starting signal for our fully electric company cars. The first colleagues leave in their new cars, a big step for the greening of our fleet. The electrification of our fleet is a logical step within our broader ESG approach. With this investment, we not only reduce our ecological footprint but also show that sustainable mobility can perfectly go hand in hand with comfort, efficiency, and ease of use.

And this is just the beginning: in the coming months, more and more colleagues will follow. Step by step, we are building a greener, future-oriented fleet and actively contributing to a cleaner climate.
